The zoning update will create precisely attuned standards to enable incremental redevelopment along a defined stretch of Route 910, likely between Mingo Road to Liedecker Lane/Davidford Drive. The update must account for access management, market conditions, expected changes resulting from the I-79 interchange reconfiguration and the preferences and concerns of affected property owners.
